Buying and selling secondaries in mature and early-stage companies offers crucial flexibility for both investors and founders. It allows early investors, founder and key employees to gain liquidity, mitigating their risk exposure, while bringing in new investors with fresh capital and expertise to drive the startup’s scaling efforts. The panel consists of Stefan Rosenlund from Dreamers Collective, Thomas Marschall from DanBan, Anders Thorup-Jensen from EIFO, Christian Vinther from Founderment, Louise Lachmann from Ugly Duckling Ventures and Magnus Stagsted from People Ventures.
